One, if not the best, car buying experiences I have had. And I love trying different cars, so those experiences have been many. Worked with Jonny and he was very helpful, friendly and honest. The entire experience from the sale through the financing office was no pressure. Often times the extended warranties are pushed very hard and the advantages discussed at nauseum when you decline. They accepted the no and understood my reasoning. Talked with other members of the staff while I was waiting for paperwork to be done and everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful even though they were not the ones involved in the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership. I drove nearly three hours for the car I was looking for so it may be difficult to recommend them to my friends but will be suggesting they at least give them a look as the experience was that good. And the pricing on the used car I purchased was much better than anything in the area I am located at.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

The only reason it took a while is due to the fact this particular vehicle is so popular they sold them before the vehicles arrived! They do not make promises they can’t keep and they don’t promise you something just to get you inside their dealership just to tell you oh we can’t do this or that! I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.
