Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. We like how this SUV handeles . It provides plenty of room for luggage and room for people. The ride is very comfortable on long trips. The seats also make it easy for long rides.

This is a review regarding Vincenzo Russo specifically, otherwise I just may have been in another Cadillac ATS lease. Visited and Purchased - March 2016 My wife and I were in the Stamford area for some errands and decided to cruise on by Stamford Ford to check out the Ford Edge's as I knew that it would be a good size for my wife + the Edge Sport with the 2.7l twin turbo would satisfy my requirements of being fun to drive. From the moment we walked in I knew Vincenzo was the right salesman for me. I really do not have much patience for salesman that do not know the entire product line and who do not love their job. Vincenzo put my wife at ease with offerings of coffee and just all around niceties that are often taken for granted in today's fast paced world. I explained to Vincenzo that I was mainly interested in the Edge Sport as I wanted the 2.7l engine, Vincenzo knew the car inside out and was even able to quote me some 0-60 mph times from the enthusiast magazines. Vincenzo showed us a few Edge Sports and we finally settled on a Tri-Coat White 2015 leftover that was fully loaded. Vincenzo explained to my wife all of the safety features and how it was top rated in crash tests which pretty much sealed the deal with my wife, I was just interested in the performance #'s. Anyway, at the end of the day Vincenzo really sealed the deal and we feel like we got a great deal, a win win for both. I will most definitely be purchasing/leasing my Lincoln MKS from Stamford Ford Lincoln once my current lease expires in 5 months. Vincenzo is a great representative of your Co. and we are very happy to have met him, He is one of the Good Guys. PS; We purchased/leased in mid March. I had a minor health issue right after that, otherwise this review would have been done in March. Thus the title, "Better Late Than Never"

I recommend Explorer those looking for comfort and spacious car interior. Everything is well designed and looks luxurious all over. I purchased this two months ago and might be a little soon to review its performance but so far I am happy with what I got.
I just don't recommend the dealership where I bought from : " Ford of Orange, CA" stay away from them.

My long time love of a car kicked the bucket 2 weeks ago so I began intense internet research for a new one when I googled "best dealerships in CT" and this one was high on the list (4.8/5). Everyone touched on the excellent customer service, high quality vehicles and quick and efficient processing. I worked with PJ who helped me pick a great 2014 Ford Fusion, walked me through all of the details both on and off paper and gave great suggestions. Beyond working with PJ, everyone @ Ford was kind, offered great customer service and was pleasant to work with.
the air vents on my 2009 king ranch and 2015 expedition are circular with possible 360 degree rotation and variable close positions. much better than those on my 2018 F-150 platinum. info system when i have the navigation in the full screen mode there is no indication of radio information. have to go to the multiscreen mode. on my 2015 expedition i can full screen map and radio information. much nicer
Greentree Toyota provided the best price on the Prius Prime I was shopping around for. I actually took a test drive at another Toyota dealership, among the 6 dealers I was shopping around with. But they were unable to beat or even match the price Joe Cosgrove offered. They told me, "if Greentree is willing to stand by that price quote you should buy it because that's a really good offer". I decided to follow that advice and drove straight back to Danbury and bought the car that afternoon. Joe stuck around an extra 20 minutes and I bought the car at 5:20 PM on Saturday, Nov. 10th. Joe provided full instructions on how the car operates on the day I drove it home and I haven't had any problems with it. Just bought my first 8 1/2 gallons of gas this morning after driving it 519 miles. I've charged it up about 3 times so far and it does seem to go around 25 miles before the gasoline engine takes over. Very fuel efficient, I'm pleased.

The most amazing customer service I've ever had, I bought a 2016 Mustang in Pennsylvania and 3 days later the car was breaking down on me, so I called the Ford dealership next to where I live in Mahopac and they told me that I would have to wait more than a week until I even had an appointment, let alone the time it would've taken them to fix my car, so I hung up and called Brewster Ford. A very nice woman answered the phone and got me an appointment that day. I came in, dropped my car off and 20 minutes later I get a phone call and the man in service(I believe his name is Dino) told me he got the car fixed up and ready to go! I will never go to Mahopac again. I will always drive the extra 30 minutes to Brewster Ford, they're amazing!!! Thank you so much!

I traded in a Suburban and this has all the benefits of that size vehicle but it drives like a luxury car. I absolutely love everything about it. Perfect combination of size and comfort. The best road car I have ever ridden in.

It's Big. Big power, Big Handling, Big room inside. Great truck so far looking forward to putting it to the test towing my toy hauler.

This car meets all of my expectations for personal comfort with the seating design, the leg room, and technology. The performance is outstanding. Driving it is an wonderful experience.
I recently contacted salesman Mike Risi regarding the possibility of leasing a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500. Even though I decided not lease the truck, due to the fact that another vehicle from another manufacturer wound up suiting my the needs of my family better. I must say that Mike Risi was great along the way answering all of my questions, running multiple vehicle quote scenarios, which were all priced great!! But, once I informed Mike of my vehicle buying decision he wished my family and I luck. A true professional, I will definitely keep Mike in mind for my future vehicle needs and recommend that other potential buyers do the same.

I'm a car guy and it's important how the vehicle looks......and I really like this vehicle. It'll take me awhile to get used to all the new electronics. Once I learn everything, I think this will be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.
I have a 2008 Edge with almost 200,000 miles on it. I never had a major issue with it and all of the major components (like transmission) are original. These guys are fair, reasonable, and don't try to sell you service you don't need. Rob and Chris certainly know their customers but kudos to the guys in the back working on these cars. They deserve a lot of the credit also. The few times I was able to catch up with whichever tech was working on my car, I found them just as customer focused as the guys in the front. It's a nicely run place.

Have had it a couple of months and on the highway at 75mph with strong wind the windshield molding flew off !! This made me look online at the part and it shows more than 34 complaints of this happening.why in the world has this not been fixed! My car sounds like a window is down on the highway and rattling the dash ! Super sad about this . 40,000 miles on it .
First and foremost MAJOR thanks and credit to Mike Casey! Brought my 2013 Rubicon JKU in for an unusually rough ride (yes even for a Rubicon lol), I asked him about lifting it, went over some options together, he did some research and we decided on the 2.5 AEV lift. All of the original concerns were fixed, including they found another potential problem and took care of all that under my warranty. East hills installed my lift for a reasonable price and did a great job. This dealership is meticulous with quality and customer care, all done with a smile! I've been dealing with them now through 2 wranglers for almost 2 years and won't go anywhere else! I LOVE my lift! The ride is amazing and I couldn't be happier. Mike always goes above and beyond. He came in on his day off to be there when I picked it up to make sure all was well and I was happy. That's dedication! Thank you so much for never letting me down with the best customer service and a quality job! Let's not forget the mechanic who slaved away on my Jeep... Kudos to you and job well done!!!!

I recently had a 2014 Benz c350 coupe amg package coupe, but my lease was done and I needed a new car with a new budget in mind since I was going to be paying the insane brooklyn apartment rent. I never leased an American Muscle Car but I decided to go with the 2017 Mustang. James was great to work with. I visited 2 other dealerships (Hempstead Ford and Tower Ford) - btw (Tower Ford's service was terrible) - it was almost closing time and they rushed me into signing a deposit HAHAHAHAH - i couldn't believe it. I went to Levittown Ford and met James after googling reviews and all the reviews were correct - HE WAS THE BEST. He didn't even act like a salesman, it felt like I was dealing with a family member working at the dealership. He helped me with what I wanted and got finalize a deal with the budget I needed to be at (monthly payments). GO TO JAMES. He is the man. Reminds me of the guy from the King of Queens Show (Kevin James). HA! But yes - best service and best employee at Levittown Ford. You the man JAMES!!!!!! Jaekwondo out. Jae W. perfect car for my purposes, traveling, camping etc. I look forward to many fun trips and adventures, I need 25 words but for now I think this is about it.
My service adviser Billy O. and my service tech Tommy R. were in every way outstanding! I was having trouble with a check engine light,in my 2010 Silverado, I asked Billy about it. He took his time asked a few questions and sent my truck to the mechanic. In a little while he came back to me told me in detail what he thought was wrong, explained it to me so I could understand what my options were. He's no pressure style made me comfortable and I agreed to let him take the job. During the repair my Tech Tommy found that I also needed some brake work done right away. Knowing Tommy like I do and trust both him and Billy I told them to do the work right away.I want to thank Pete Marino, Tommy and Billy for a great experience.

I owned o e for 8 years and totaled it and found a newer one and had to buy it because I NEVER had any issues with it and loved everything about it. The newer ones have 4 cylinders and mine has a V6. I don’t like the newer ones!
Marianna was so great to work with! I first met her about a month ago while I was waiting for an oil change (their service center is also great!) and wanted to ask questions regarding the upcoming end of my current lease. We talked about what I wanted in my next vehicle but I wasn???t ready to turn in my old Escape yet. I test drove an EchoSport but didn???t like it was well as the Escape. Since the 2019 Escape was coming out soon I decided to wait. As soon as the new Escapes arrived last week she contacted me to let me know. She already had one picked out for me that had everything I was looking for. Marianna did a great job of going over all the features with me and answering every question I had. I never felt intimidated or pushed to sign a lease I wasn???t comfortable with. It was truly a great experience and I love my new Escape!

I called the Levittown Ford Dealership from another Ford Dealership and was fortunate enough to get Johnathan. He was completely honest with me.
