AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. Honesty, courtesy and professional. Why is this important? We live 1.5 hours from the dealership, passing many other dealers who are just not up to the standards of what I consider a fair conversation and deal. We highly recommend them. So, this is not the easiest trek but produces the best results.

For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. We were able to make a good deal on our new car with Mr. Brown’s expert assistance.

Hey, HQ Hyundai. My wife and I drove up here from Winter Park after being given a hard time from a local dealer there. Chris took care of the matter (a defective oil sensor), had the shuttle driver drop us off at a restaurant and had the job finished before dessert. The job was done at a lower price than WP and two hours sooner than expected.

I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Wendy was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a great buying experience with her and would definitely do it again. Great dealership. Felt no typical pressure but only, how can we help. Were greedted professionally and with courtesy. They did everything to make the deal work. We worked with Braden - he was very nice and let my wife know she could leave for a few with the kids to grab lunch while they got the deal done. By far the best experience and I worked in the car business. Braden is a great kid and salesman. Staff is friendly and the finance manager was a great guy. Last name Mosley, very courteous and professional. The facility is gorgeous and very clean, snacks for the kids and donuts in the am. We will be back here for sure. Fast friendly service. Our serve rep was Doreen Hailey is very helpful in many ways including calling for a shuttle to take us home while the service was being done on our vehicle and then another to pick us up and bring us back to the dealership. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We have been completely satisfied with everything and everyone that we have dealt with.

The salesman Rockie once again was terrific in every aspect from start to finish! We came back less than a month later to purchase a used car now and the experience was great! Definitely would recommend using him for any used or new car needs!!

Zachary Price was the sales agent for my CRV 2026 hybrid purchase. Zach was very knowledgeable in regards to all the features of the 2026 CRV hybrid. He patiently went thru the car details and answered all of my questions in terms that I understood. This was my first hybrid purchase so my knowledge base was very limited to what I had read.
