After meeting with the Sales Consultant, I knew that my next purchase would be my 2021 PALISADE. Kylie Dawson was my Sales Consultant and what a well-educated person on the operational details of this SUV. It didn't end there; the day we picked up our new car, she went through every point on the setup of our new vehicle, even though they were getting ready to close-up. In addition, the finance manager was also accommodating and made us feel like we were the most important person she saw that day. In conclusion, I am stating I would purchase my next vehicles from this dealer.

The entire team at Nissan City of Red Bank is phenomenal. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Right from the start, my salesperson, Bobby Ippolito, was professional and friendly. The sales managers, Joe Ianelli and Rich Bentley, were extremely accommodating and understanding of my individual needs. It was nice to actually feel heard at a car dealership and treated with respect. You can tell this is a family business. Even the finance people were a pleasure to work with, and when is that ever the case! (Nick Corporal and James Manos). I had been to three other Nissan dealerships prior, and none of them compared in pricing, comfort, or courtesy. I honestly can't say it enough... businesses like this should be supported. I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.
