We are from Wisconsin and had towed our travel trailer down to Texas for our son's wedding. We were on our way home and stopped in Austin for a planned one night stay. That's when our Ford F150 had mechanical issues. We took it into Riata Ford and I am so happy we did. Service advisor Jon was terrific. I told Jon I was under a time deadline to return to Wisconsin for a scheduled shoulder surgery. When I explained my situation to Jon, he wasted no time in getting us back on the road in time to get back for my surgery. What otherwise may have taken a week, they did in two days! The repairs were professionally done and their customer service was outstanding. If Riata Ford was in my home town in Wisconsin, I would be a lifelong customer. Thanks Jon!

I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.

Hands down the best bang for the buck in its class. Performance is awesome and the ride is smooth. It's a well balanced car. When people get in the car they love it. My only gripe is that my trim (sport package) is defective . It's a known issue. Back seats are also small. Trunk is tiny but the rear seats fold down. I hauled some lumber last night (lol).

We owned a fully loaded Sonata my son took. Genesis after research and owning BMW’s was a no brainer. We found a new left over ‘19 fully loaded. We have fallen in love with it. Drives better and handles better than any BMW I have owned, plus loaded for cost and 3 yrs maintenance, Valet, and 10/100k warranty cannot be beat. We now own 2 Hyundai’s and the Genesis brand of Hyundai. Couldn’t be happier with all of them.

I met Sharon Gluschenko while getting my hair cut by our mutual stylist. She was waiting for her appointment, and John introduced us. Sharon told me about ACS and how they could help find any vehicle I might be looking for. This was shortly before our mutual stylist moved to Mesquite. Not long after, it was time to say goodbye to our 2018 RAV4 and hello to a 2025 Palisade. We had done our research and even test-drove one—we loved it. So we went to ACS and spoke with John. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and there was no pressure or hassle whatsoever. He found the exact car we wanted the same day, and just a few days later, we were driving our new Palisade—at a price below the sticker! Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
