Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

So far a wonderful car. Far better ride than my wife's Lexus NX 200t, or my former Cadillac SRX or Jaguar XF. Interior styling is a big win and the best among competitors at this size and price. Exterior styling is a little too 'blingy' for my style but is otherwise fine. Living in Arizona, air conditioning is most important and this car has a wonderful A/C system! So cold that I have to turn down the fan speed after a couple of minutes. And the Lexicon audio system is superb! Another reviewer commented on the touch screen being too far away from the driver, and while that might be right, you can control everything from the steering wheel or control knob right next to the center console. 300 HP from the base engine is more than enough, but if you want to really move there is always the bigger engine available. Overall a wonderful car!

Easily made an appointment on their website. I was greeted as I walked in & helped right away. They have a very nice waiting area. A soft drink machine, coffee area and snacks while you wait. Their dealership is very clean as well as the bathroom. I do recommend this dealership for your repair needs as well as if you're looking for a new vehicle.

After the purchase, when a problem occurred, Babak in the service department organized the transaction swiftly and handed me the key to a loaner vehicle. On Saturday of all days, my battery was dead. A friend charged my battery enough that I could get to KYAH and I had called coach who is head of the service department who is fantastic and he said bring it right out. Will get it right in there and get it taken care of and that’s exactly what they did. They get it taken care of. I had no problems. He brought the car out. He explained everything to me about not having to use the key to start the car up, but you can always use the key that’s inside the a little chamber and it just worked really good and he just if I ever have a problem and I come up there he always explains things in detail with me and that’s what you have to do with me. Explain it in detail. It was fantastic. I can’t say enough about The service department at Kia Bev Smith Kia. I cannot say enough good words.

Great first experience with Kia service. They were prompt. But they offered as essential issue a oil conditioner, which I refused. My car is only 7k why are you trying to sell me these unnecessary items

My wife purchased her her used 2014 saanta fe sport locally from in North palm beachnorth palm Beach, one service call made us realize we needed a new service dealer. We went to wallace in Stuart fl. Service was fantastic, din'r try to sell us anything we didn't need.. They were so good to us our daughter went to them to purchase a 2107 santa fe sport.. She now drive the 25 miles just to get her oil changed rather than deal with our local dealer. If my wife ever needs ANY dealer repair we have decided to pay the $95 tow charge to get to Wallace, in the long run we feel we will be saving mony and be treated well.
