Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

So far a wonderful car. Far better ride than my wife's Lexus NX 200t, or my former Cadillac SRX or Jaguar XF. Interior styling is a big win and the best among competitors at this size and price. Exterior styling is a little too 'blingy' for my style but is otherwise fine. Living in Arizona, air conditioning is most important and this car has a wonderful A/C system! So cold that I have to turn down the fan speed after a couple of minutes. And the Lexicon audio system is superb! Another reviewer commented on the touch screen being too far away from the driver, and while that might be right, you can control everything from the steering wheel or control knob right next to the center console. 300 HP from the base engine is more than enough, but if you want to really move there is always the bigger engine available. Overall a wonderful car!

I always get my car serviced at this location. My service agent Andrew is the best. I’ve never had a moment where I felt they weren’t being honest or trying to have me get services that I didn’t. They always provide the best service possible.

Great service from start to finish. I was given status updates during each phase of the process in terms that I could understand. I especially liked the courtesy car wash before my vehicle was returned.

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.

I had a great experience purchasing my Genesis. I wanted a car they did not have in stock. They located one, and got it here quickly. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. They earned my business. I had been a 'Ford only' man for 40+ years. The quality and pricing of the Genesis brand is amazing. I look forward to the benefits of owning a Genesis; service, maintenance, and long warranty not offered by other brands.

Michael was very nice, polite and also very knowledgeable. He was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in Columbus. This means a lot to us senior citizens.

My salesperson has been terrific and very patient. I was somewhat dismayed to not have been told that the car had 3,200 miles on it. It did not come up until I met with the finance person. She rather brushed it off saying that it had only been driven by the sales manager's wife....like that doesn't count? After I questioned her on this, she got the authority from the sales manager to take off $6 a month off my monthly payment. The car had not been titled so I guess the quote I had from Eloy was for a car that had 5 miles on it???? This was very disturbing to me. I did meet with the general manager later on who explained it to me. This should have been pointed out when I was looking and interested in this car. My overall experience was very good, I have 5 friends who drive Cadillacs from Massey and they have been pleased so that was very helpful in my decision to switch to a Cadillac.

No pressure, cars looked great, loved Pierre heroldson very knowledgeable, helpful. I've decided when I buy my car it will be at carmax. Only thing I don't like is paying for transferring car.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. We had an excellent experience with our Salesman Jay and the rest of the staff we encountered at the dealership. Friendly, helpful and professional. We did not have trade-in so with their no price haggling policy it was easy before we even arrived to figure fairly closely what our out the door price would be. Though their add-on "junk fees" ($1400 + $399 and added to any vehicle purchased) added more than 10% to the total purchase price, but appeared to be average to moderate to the market and was clearly indicated on their website so there were no surprises to the final number. We would definitely come here again for our future transportation needs. Thank you Jay and crew for doing a great job.

We have had multiple great experiences with this location. Steve, a sales manager was great and so helpful! We had mechanical issues with one of our cars and they took it back within the 30-day warranty with no issue!! I highly recommend this CarMax location for your car buying purchases!!
