This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!

Great dealership. Felt no typical pressure but only, how can we help. Were greedted professionally and with courtesy. They did everything to make the deal work. We worked with Braden - he was very nice and let my wife know she could leave for a few with the kids to grab lunch while they got the deal done. The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

This review is in full support of Clement Hyundai – a dealership located in Wentzville, MO – which has shown remarkable, above-and-beyond customer care. At the end of our leasing period for a 2020 Palisade, my wife and I purchased the car outright. The transaction was handled smoothly and thoroughly by salesman Jeremy Null. Following that, our car needed to go through a few inspections for the warranty coverage. In doing that, there was a faulty wiper installed -- requiring the car to go back in to get it fixed. While this could have been a very frustrating experience – as we live more than 30 miles from the dealership – the team at Clement Hyundai went above and beyond for us, recognizing the inconvenience. Especially Jeremy and General Sales Manager Patrick Piper. They picked our vehicle up and delivered a loaner, as well as provided other coupons etc. to make up for the situation. When my wife realized she left my daughter’s dance recital tickets in the glove box, they drove out to our home to deliver them to us. That’s the kind of operation they run: one that has the customer at the center of what they do. I’ve never experienced such superior customer service from any other local dealership – and I’ve owned BMWs, Audis, Toyotas, Hondas, Fords and other makes and models. Clement is a first class operation and should be super high on your consideration list for purchasing a vehicle or getting service.

For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. We were able to make a good deal on our new car with Mr. Brown’s expert assistance.

I honestly do not see why some have put bad reviews, we had nothing but a positive experience today when we bought our 2025 Mazda cX-50 Hybrid. All the staff was super friendly, we were even invited to eat with them. Adam Brazier was super helpful to us. I recommend them, they were the cheapest on the vehicle we wanted and live almost 2 hours from Paducah.

Pulled into the dealership to look at new vehicles in the pouring rain. We were driving the lot looking at vehicles. Jeffrey came out in the rain, greeted us, introduced himself, and invited us to wait inside while he drove the vehicles to the covered area for us to inspect. We test drove a few vehicles and with Jeffrey's assistance we drove home a new vehicle. Jeffrey is great to work with. I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. They earned my business. I had been a 'Ford only' man for 40+ years. The quality and pricing of the Genesis brand is amazing. In a nutshell: McGee was straightforward, got me the exact car I wanted, and—unlike the other dealers—took the extra step to track down the trailer hitch and wiring harness I needed, installing it in time so I could avoid an extra 300-mile trip. I reached out to four Hyundai dealers while searching for an Ioniq 9. I ended up choosing McGee for a few key reasons. First, I prefer to communicate in writing—I'm not a fan of the typical dealership “song and dance.” I compared pricing and responsiveness, and McGee stood out. They were the only dealer who actually took the time to look into the tow hitch I requested. I had told all of them that finding the right wiring harness might require some effort, but McGee was the only one who followed through. They even located a car in the color I wanted (which they didn’t have in stock) and honored the same price they had quoted for another one. I initially expected a week’s delay for the hitch installation, but they managed to get it done ahead of schedule, sparing me from making a second long trip. That kind of follow-through matters—and it’s rare.
