This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. We were able to make a good deal on our new car with Mr. Brown’s expert assistance.

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. It’s probably not common to be writing a positive review when a purchase was not completed, but here it is. With a little background information first. I am battling an incurable cancer, although the doctors believe it is manageable. But to arrive at my affordability numbers I obviously needed to consider future medical costs, cost of living and even life expectancy. Once I decided what price would work for me, the vehicle (2021 Sonata) I hoped it would be reasonable to Fitzway. Unfortunately, they were unwilling or unable to lower the sticker price listed. But, here is the positive. Marie Tsillas was outstanding with her efforts in the whole process. She answered every question, offered other vehicles all in an extremely quick manner, all via the internet. Fitzway can be proud of her and I would highly recommend contacting her for a purchase. The only reason I did not give Fitzway a 5 star rating is because we were not able to complete the purchase as close as I believe the numbers were. Otherwise, Fitzway and Marie are worthy of 5 stars.
