New and used 2025 Genesis GV80 for sale near Overland, MO

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

I was in the market for a sedan, since we own 3 SUVs and have decided to party with one to add a more comfortable vehicle to our "stable". After much online research, I decided upon the 2025 Genesis G90. The challenging thing about doing business online is the potwential for misinformation. After receiving their offer, I countered and never heard back from them? Due to all the time I had invested in the process, I was quite put-out. So much so, that I wrote their corporate headquarters to register my dissatisfaction. I heard from the President of their Auto Group- Lee Smith the very next morning. His understanding of my problems and his concrens, demonstrated to me that they cared. ,Through a series of emails and phone calls, we eventually got things straightened out and I ended up buying the car I wanted. At the dealership the next day, Lee took the time out from his normal responsibilities to meet me personally at the showroom. His pleasant and professional manner convinced me I had made the right decision. In addition to his presence, he also introduced me to one of his team Paul Emmi who carried the ball the rest of the way home. He was was patient and spent much time with making sure I understood how to operate the multiude of features found in this impressive car. Everyone I dealt with to include the finance manager, was a breath of fresh air compared to the streotypical "car salesman" many of us have stereotyped. I can recommend this dealership and their process of marketing without reservation.

We're from Albany, and Portland is the closest Genesis service center, so we gave them a call to see if there was any chance we could be squeezed in. Stephen in the service department immediately made us feel like a priority. He’s helped us before and always goes the extra mile when he sees it’s us—and knows we’ve made the trip from out of town. Not only did he get us in for the oil change and tire rotation, but he also took care of a couple of other things we’d been noticing. He made sure everything was addressed and covered under warranty, which was such a relief. He was super patient when I stopped by the desk a few times to check on the car, and he walked us through everything once the service was finished. The cherry on top? He had the car vacuumed—front and back seats! That little detail meant a lot, especially since I hadn’t had time to clean it in forever. Stephen is hands-down the best person to work with in the service department. Friendly, thorough, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of.
