Used Genesis GV80 3.5T for sale near Leisure World, MD

We had a surprisingly (for me) good experience at Koons Chevrolet. Our salesperson Abdelilah was not pushy at all but informative. We never felt rushed, something that bugs me at a lot of car lots. Would definitely visit again.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Nick did an amazing job teaching us about the Buzz and how to use it. He was knowledgable, friendly and made buying the car easy. Our test drive was great and he was very good at explaining different aspects of the car and made us decide to purchase the car. Nick let us look in the boot of the car and even showed us the different ways the seats configure. He went above and beyond. When we went to purchase he divided himself between us and another customer but he left us with Scott who was also an amazing individual. We felt service like we have never had previously and when we next need to purchase a car we will return.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Found the exact truck I was looking for called Security Dodge to make sure it was available and off I went to the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I met at the dealer was extremely helpful and guided me into the seat of my new truck.Special thanks to Elvis my salesman,love my truck!

Been a customer here for 18 years for good reason. Today I picked up my car after a flat tire. Was given a rental since the loaners were all reserved. RJ worked with me over the past 4 days to order my new set of tires, ensuring they would cover my needs year round. I wanted to switch back to run flats and he found me a set that would be winter friendly (who knew?!). Service has always been good (my 5th car with them).

My poem on Danielle Slick's premier customer service This past Tuesday, June 25, I went to Taylor Hyundai and had the oil changed and ethanol treatment on my Hyundai Sonata Limited. The sweetest, nicest, and best service advisor in the history of the dealership, Danielle Slick, recognized me and my car when I pulled up. Having a sweet-sounding voice, she was happy to see me for my car service appointment that I made online the day before on the Taylor Hyundai website. She made my appointment very easy and went out of my way to ensure that my car service was successful. The service was performed properly and I was out of there in over an hour. I enjoyed talking to her when she got me from the waiting room once she told me that my car was ready, and when I accompanied her to the computer terminal to make my payment for service on my car. She has a poem I came up with dealing with her superb customer service, and it is as follows: At Taylor Hyundai I pick Danielle Slick/For she loves to do her thing with no trick/So that service on my Hyundai can be quick/Then my Hyundai can click thanks in part to Danielle Slick!!! Receiving a hug from her when my appointment ended and having a photo made with her and me in front of my car with the tag on the front saying "I love💕 my Hyundai Sonata," I am looking forward to seeing my favorite service advisor Danielle Slick again in September for my car detailing appointment in celebration of my birthday 🎂!!! She and I will have the best birthday celebration 🎊 in the history of Taylor Hyundai!!! Keep it up, Danielle Slick, and do not give up until you satisfy each customer who has their Hyundai vehicle in with you for service!!! The best service advisor has come through for me!!!

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

All I can say is this car is beautiful. I purchased this car slightly used after upgrading my 09 genesis and have no regrets. It is smooth, packed with technology and features, unique and a head turner. Although Genesis is still fighting for its respect you will soon find out that this is just as good if not better than its rivals.

Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

Took my X3 in for service. Excellent service love the video they send of my car during service.

Great car for the money definitely needs the 3.5 motor. Would love it if it had air suspension otherwise love the car. Love the lane change notifications as it forces me to be a better driver because you must use a signal to change lanes orbit stops you

BMW of Ocala has great customer service and the work they do is impeccable. We worked with Nick, he was professional, extremely pleasant and off the chart knowledgeable. Nick was one of the best customer service individuals we have ever worked with. Everyone we worked with from BMW OF OCALA was amazing from the time we brought the BMW in, until the BMW as delivered. I would rate them 15 out of 0 to 10.

After 3 weeks I have found the car to be everything I was looking for, performance, comfort and stylle. The car is everything that Genesis claims it to be.

Shawn Thomas made the experience an awesome one! He did everything he could to make sure our experience as customers was proficient and he made the most of the little time that we’d had to spare. A small issue arose but Shawn was quick with thinking and action in finding a solution that was both affordable and pleasing to both parties! My Gv80, is comfortable , fast and a luxury ride. I have the Silver with cream interior This what I wanted. No problems as of yet with 5k miles on it. Gas milage is not good, but with AWD and 5000 lbs, you cannot expect much.and I can live with it. Styling brings a lot of compliments. Dealer I purchased from service was not good. Sales experience poor.Now go to another dealer who has Lexus type service and is a Genesis dealer not a Hyundai dealer.

My previous vehicle was a 2018 BMW X6 and I can honestly say that my new 2021 Genesis GV80 is by far a better value in every way that I can think of. The BMW had a sticker price more than $30,000 higher than the Genesis. What’s more, the GV80 is loaded with standard features, especially safety features, that were either not available or were pricey options on my BMW. Safety features like self-steering to keep me in my lane on the Highway, self-braking in an emergency, audible tone and corrective steering if I’m going into a lane when there’s a vehicle in my blind spot, cruise control that automatically adjusts speed with traffic flow even down to a complete stop - in cruise control mode!! So, yes, I love it and I think I’ll be a genesis guy from now on after owning 4 BMW’s in a row!!

Our experience was very positive. We went to the Dealership on 3-3-2025, spoke with salesman Brian McFadden. He was very pleasant and professional. We selected a vehicle to test drive, we liked it and made arrangements to purchase it. We liked the no nonsense, hassle free car buying. They gave us exact figures on the total price of the vehicle, we went to the back and obtained a cashiers check for the amount of the car out the door and drove away in our newer car. I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather.
