Matt is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy and he is very attentive to your needs. The car I wanted had a tapping noise when I test drove it, but I really liked it, so Matt and I drove out and back to the dealership three or four times, trying different fixes each time hoping it went away. Matt got out on the wet ground with his suit on, looking for any hint of where this noise could come from. Eventually we discovered it was a loose mud flap. I went back today and Matt gave me original Hyundai car mats even though I have had the car a couple weeks. I will buy here again when I am ready for an upgrade.

We're from Albany, and Portland is the closest Genesis service center, so we gave them a call to see if there was any chance we could be squeezed in. Stephen in the service department immediately made us feel like a priority. He’s helped us before and always goes the extra mile when he sees it’s us—and knows we’ve made the trip from out of town. Not only did he get us in for the oil change and tire rotation, but he also took care of a couple of other things we’d been noticing. He made sure everything was addressed and covered under warranty, which was such a relief. He was super patient when I stopped by the desk a few times to check on the car, and he walked us through everything once the service was finished. The cherry on top? He had the car vacuumed—front and back seats! That little detail meant a lot, especially since I hadn’t had time to clean it in forever. Stephen is hands-down the best person to work with in the service department. Friendly, thorough, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend asking for him if you're getting your car serviced at Genesis of Portland!
