Except for a couple of niggling glitches (like a window shade) that had to be repaired, this is the best and most comfortable car that I have ever owned. The matte grey paint can't be washed in a car wash, because they use a final wax spray, I can drive around in a dirty car forever and no one will really notice. It may also be "stealth" to radar cameras.

they were very patient did not push me into anything the service was quick the only thing they talked me into was a extended warranty.. hope I never need it and hope it is as good as they say Enjoy

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

This was my first time visiting the new stand alone Genesis dealership down the street from the previous Hyundai/Genesis dealership. The experience and customer service were night and day in comparison. Adam was professional and courteous along with the rest of the staff. At the previous dealership, it was a playground up to and including witnessing a profanity laced fight in front of the entire waiting room between a sales person giving a test drive with a potential customer and a porter that cut him off. I came in for routine maintenance as well as an inspection to a couple of issues I was continuing to have in which the old dealership could not supposedly find after numerous attempts with the other most likely caused by them when I had to return twice for a recall. Adam called a few hours later with a find and fix for both issues with no warranty coverage haggling. I've always loved my Genesis but I would NEVER go through the previous dealership no matter how many times they harassed me with daily calls, emails, and texts (true story). I absolutely will go through Aurora Genesis when I'm ready for a new one!

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

I absolutely love this car. So many features and a very comfortable ride. So beautiful as well. I have driven a Lexus for 20 years and was very happy with it but was drawn to the look and warranty of the Genesis.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!

I bought the car because it looked good and was just like the red one in the ads. I am more pleased than I ever thought rude is great room is great updated electronics/ nav is one of the best. The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.
