Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

I worked with Nelson and Pablo in my purchase of a new F-150. They were courteous and professional throughout the sale. No pressure or gimmicks, just service. I had to wait for a couple of extras due to timing, they picked my car up, completed the work and returned it with a smile. Would recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a Ford. Might be the best car I have ever owned. Don’t be deceived by the published range … the regenerative breaking as miles to your range. Unlike older EV’s there is not A decrease in the range when using heat or AC. Styling is excellent… power is incredible.

My wife and I just bought a new 2024 Tiguan SE from Alexandria VW, and we were very impressed with the attention and service we received. We initially made an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate, for Friday but we had to bump it up to Thursday, which Atig said "no problem, come on in". (We found out later that Thursday was Atig's day off, which he gave up to accommodate our schedule) Atig made our car buying experience a real pleasure. He showed us a number of vehicles and features we were interested in. He has a very easy-going way about him, that made us very comfortable, asking questions and discussing details with him. We also shared some laughs and stories along the way. which made more relaxed. He was genuinely helpful and caring that we got what we wanted. We met a number of other staff members that all were helpful and treated us like family. Such a good team there. We were able to shop, buy and drive away all in the same afternoon. I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

I absolutely love this car. So many features and a very comfortable ride. So beautiful as well. I have driven a Lexus for 20 years and was very happy with it but was drawn to the look and warranty of the Genesis.

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

I found the car on line, got a great price via the internet then test drove it the next day. The sales manager and sales person stuck with the deal as agreed to and I took the car home that day. I appreciated the straight forward approach...a very positive experience so far.

I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!

The salesman, Mr. Hernandez, was extremely friendly, patience, and very knowledgeable of the Kona. He explained the Kona's feature which I didn't discovered or remembered from our exhaustive research of the vehicle. He explained how to use these features before and during the test drive. Mr. Hernandez did more than selling the vehicle to us. He sold Koons. They should be proud to have such a salesman on their staff, kudo. It's a team effort at Koons, the salesman, sales manager, and the financing manager. We didn't finance, but the paperwork was handled by the financed manager. It's all digital and we were given a flash drive with images of the signed documents. It's our first time buying from Koons. We started out with our long time Hyundai dealer from whom we had bought new vehicle previously. We made an offer which they accepted, then they said, "we made a mistake in MD vs VA sales tax." We are from MD buying from a VA dealership. Fair enough, it was an honest assumption mistake, but they didn't come back with an updated price. We had no time to waste, so we went to Koons. We could have financed and then paid it off after a few payments to take advantage of the HMF $1,500.00 incentive, but the time and effort weren't worth it. We paid cash.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

He is very humble but knowledgeable, smart but courteous, realizes your needs and delivers accordingly, promises and over delivers, friendly and honest -- Integrity to the hilt. Exceptional things to mention: 1 - extended test drives for an hour 2- Letting you take the car for hours for pre-purchase checks with BMW dealer - I bought a 2014 535i Xdrive - twin-turbo and I took it to Fairfax BMW for full detailed check - answer from the dealer -- great condition nothing to do, just drive and enjoy 3 - 30 day Guarantee on the engine and drive train but you can take it back to him if you feel uncomfortable with any out-of-place noise or so, and he will check for free in a 30 day period. I will refer all my friends to look at this dealership before going anywhere if they are in the market for a luxury used car. I made a friend today.

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.
