Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. The whole experience was great, professional and the atmosphere was very laid back. The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

- Fair - Honest - No Pressure Tactics - Transparent Alex was awesome, knowledgeable, patient and explained everything throughout our experience . I did not buy the vehicle we wanted, but not because of any wrongs toward the dealer, positive for both, I give thanks to Alex and Rudy for further explanation on the full picture of what we were getting into and not just trying to get a quick sale. I decided to buy this car through my credit union and all parties involved (my bank broker and the representative from Honda) went out of the way to not only find the car I wanted but to make sure the purchase was efficient and smooth. I was provided with all details and given the opportunity to ask questions to make sure I understood all details of the deal. I opted for the new car to be delivered to me. They dropped it off and picked up my trade in a timely manner. The dealer rep that followed my new car sat with me and thoroughly explained every page I was signing and then took time to introduce me to the car and showed me many of its features. I've subsequently received follow up emails asking if I have any further questions! Their follow through after the purchase made me feel valued!

On my latest visit I checked in with Klaus Cobb the service representative That I have used for years. Klaus is very friendly and professional at all times. He tells you an approximate time for it to be ready, and will check in with you durning your wait. I have used Al Hendrickson for years and never had a bad experience with the service or the staff. If any one asks who I use to service my vehicle I have no problem recommending them.

I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.

My experience was great! David was very helpful and informative and not at all pushy on my first visit. And listened to what I had to say. His in-depth knowledge of Subaru and its safety features was impressive and ultimately what sold me on a Subaru over other brands. A week later I was back there and bought the same model car they had me test drive. The manager (Steve) I was also in contact with was also very helpful. The only down side is I brought a brand new car and the tires PSIs were way higher than they should have been. Had to let the air out my self. It should have been around 32/33 and they were 39/40!! And the driver mirror is extremely shakey - still working on that trying to get that situated.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

Tony Shaw is the service advisor that actually cares. His attention to detail is only surpassed by his kindness and patience. I would absolutely recommend Tony Shaw for any vehicle servicing that is required. He is a true asset to the company and we appreciate him from here to Infiniti ??. !!

All I can say is this car is beautiful. I purchased this car slightly used after upgrading my 09 genesis and have no regrets. It is smooth, packed with technology and features, unique and a head turner. Although Genesis is still fighting for its respect you will soon find out that this is just as good if not better than its rivals.

Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

Great car for the money definitely needs the 3.5 motor. Would love it if it had air suspension otherwise love the car. Love the lane change notifications as it forces me to be a better driver because you must use a signal to change lanes orbit stops you

Been seeing Tony Shaw to service my Q50 the whole time. Each time is always a great experience. Greets you with white glove service, already knows what your car needs and for the next visit. My car is still fairly new and answers all my questions about when to change certain parts.

This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!

I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.
