My experience at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg was amazing! I was in the market to purchase a new (preowned) car. I visited a number of dealerships in my area and had the usual experience. Some of them grew disinterested the moment they found out I was buying used instead of new and was working on a budget. That was not the case with AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. My first contact was over the phone with Deondrea. I found a car on their website that was everything I was looking for. Because of my work schedule, I would not be able to make it to the dealership in time before they closed. Deondrea went out of his way both visits by staying late to meet with me. He was very friendly and down-to-Earth. In fact, he let me bring my ESA Corgi with me! Deondrea took the time to explain things to me in an easy-to-understand manner. While talking to Deondrea, I also was introduced to General Manager Stephen Reeves. Stephen was warm and caring. He understood my situation and worked with Deondrea to help make my purchase happen. Stephen and I hit it off right away. He gave me straight answers and even helped me ask questions I didn't even know I should be asking. When there was an issue with my check payment, Deondrea drove over an hour, on his day off, to help me get it resolved. Let me say that again. Over an hour. On his day off. He didn't need to do that. All he had to do was wait 1 day and someone else would have come in to buy the car with a lot less hassle. (In fact, 11 people came in asking to buy it the very next day who probably would have paid more.) They were invested in helping me and they did everything they said they would do and more! They stayed there with me until 12am (They close at 9pm.) two nights in the row, just so we could get everything in order. They even gave me a great price for my trade-in car! After that I worked with Finance Manager Yeabsira who showed experience and wisdom far beyond her years. Admittedly, I was tired, hungry, and was a little gruff because I was carrying preconceived notions about what dealing with a Finance Manager was going to be like. She was the exact opposite. She helped keep me grounded and centered. We went over the packages and just focused on the ones that worked best for my needs. I have worked in Customer Service for over 27 years, and she impressed me with her empathy and willingness to put my needs over the company's. A rare find in the auto sales industry! That night I drove off the lot in my Rav4 with all the things I wanted with it and even helped me get a roof rack. He had the new plates driven out to me at home almost an hour away and they were installed for me on the spot. Stephen, Deondrea, and Yeabsira told me they wanted to make sure I was happy with my car and wouldn't be satisfied until I was. They kept that promise and then some! If you are in the market for a car, regardless of whether it's used or new, regardless if you are buying it outright or are working on a budget, like me. Do yourself a favor and go to AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. Even if it's a bit of a drive for you, I promise it will be worth it. Go see Stephen and his team. See what it feels like to be valued as a customer instead of being treated like fresh meat. Don't waste your time with people who view you as numbers on their commission. Go where you will get what you want and treated the way you should be.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

I found the sales experience to be excellent. Both my sales person and sales manager were engaging, helpful and honest in their approach. The sales process itself was very quick and with the professionalism of the business manager, both painless and enjoyable. I was very happy with the entire process!

Twin-turbo V6 Sport Prestige is a beast. Gladly traded my BMW in for it. Genesis is better looking, better built, better value and can leave my 330i Sport in the dust. 100k warranty leaves nothing to chance.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

Hands down the best bang for the buck in its class. Performance is awesome and the ride is smooth. It's a well balanced car. When people get in the car they love it. My only gripe is that my trim (sport package) is defective . It's a known issue. Back seats are also small. Trunk is tiny but the rear seats fold down. I hauled some lumber last night (lol).

Service was excellent. Called the dealership inquiring about a 2010 honda civic. The sales representative, Shane Heimberger, put me on hold to verify the car was still available and physically held the keys so it wouldn't be sold while we were on the way to view it. Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. Purchased the car, and they delivered it the next day to my home over an hour away. Very pleased with the service, would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.

Outstanding sports sedan! More features than any care I've ever owned. The twin turbo makes it fast and the launch control makes it a hoot to drive. There is not much backseat room, but that's not what I bought this car for.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. Love this car. I only wish it was bigger. I could get that option with the G80 Sport. But everything about the car screams luxury and sport.

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. I am a current Lexus owner (owned many) and former Infiniti M45 owner, the Genesis replaced the Infiniti. When manufacturers want to break into a market (USA) they must do something to compete and stand out. It must be price and value. In 1990 the first LS400 I purchased was 35K and it was true then and the Genesis division of Hyundai is doing the same thing now. What you get for what you pay is outstanding. The other boys on the block, BMS, Mercedes and Audi have the name recognition already and you PAY for it ! The exterior is a work of art and it pleases me when I look at it and I have received many complements. This car is a compact luxury sport sedan not something you haul a 80 inch TV home in. My friend has a BMW 650i, he uses his SUV when he goes to COSTCO. Also since when is a sport sedan a mileage champ ?? Want good mileage buy a Prius. The car has tremendous fit and finish, a great paint job and the interior is super especially if you go for the Sport Prestige model with the Nappa leather. The stitching is fabulous. If one can't live with the lane following assist and the Lane Keeping Assist you can turn them off, I for one thing they are great ! As far as the back seat being cramped unless you have the front seat all the way back, there doesn't seem to be an issue. I have had a 6 foot 1 passenger and he had no complaints. But again it is a sport sedan not a limo. I have to plug my phone into my Lexus with a wire too, to prevent it getting tangled get a 6 inch wire - problem solved. You can get the back doors to unlock with the front door; it is a setting you can choose. Advantage with Genesis is that all of the adjustments and there are many are to be made by the owner not having to pay the dealer to make them from the number of flashes on a soft touch of the turn signal to the contrast/brightness on the cameras. Yes, the HBA (high beam assist) must be turned on even if the headlights are in the "auto" position. But what about the BVM on the dash ? O.K. I did purchase a G70 with the sport prestige package but you have to admit that is some tech leading stuff. BTW, that is a camera image of the blind spot when you turn on the lane change lever on the dash. The car offers many of the safety features in the base car. To get what this car offers in the Prestige package you have to spend at least 10K more in a BMW if you can get all of the features the Genesis offers. Heck, the car even comes with a space save tire. Try finding one of those on your BMS/Mercedes/Audi. This car is a great car. In the short period I have owned I am extremely happy with it and love the pickup, technology, styling and comfort features. I didn't buy it for long hauling commuting to save on gas ! II say give this car a long look and I am sure you purchase one you will love it as I do. BTW, the rear seats fold down so that you may actually be able to get a large flat TV back there !

Love the car. Gets a lot of attention and compliments. Very geeky if that's your type of thing. My only 2 minor complaints is the rear leg room and the wired Android Auto does not take up the full screen. The mirror option does not seem to work with my S10+. Maybe when I upgrade to the S23+ next year it will.
