After locating a car we were interested in online on the Lokey Subaru website, we were contacted by Chris Baird promptly. We made an appointment for a couple of days later. Chris met us, showed us the car, we went on a test drive, discussed our trade, and moved forward with the purchase of our new 2025 Outback Limited. The experience was extraordinary really. We felt no pressure whatsoever. It was a positive experience in all ways. I've had plenty of experience with the dealership and parts/service departments from having purchased our Forester there back in 2019. I travelled from Dunnellon to purchase from that dealership rather than go to Ocala. That should speak volumes right there. If you're looking for a Subaru, give Chris a call. I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Both Angel and Jessica were terrific to deal with! Knowledgeable and informative and very efficient. The car was exactly as advertised, super nice. As a salesperson, Angel did a great job. Knowledgeable helpful and truthful! And Jessica in the finance department handled all the paperwork with ease and efficiency, also very knowledgeable and helpful. Very good experience.

Hands down the best bang for the buck in its class. Performance is awesome and the ride is smooth. It's a well balanced car. When people get in the car they love it. My only gripe is that my trim (sport package) is defective . It's a known issue. Back seats are also small. Trunk is tiny but the rear seats fold down. I hauled some lumber last night (lol).

This dealership is truly different from others. I've purchased 2 vehicles in 6 months with Alex Cletus (salesperson) because of the experience I received with my first purchase. Straight up best experience I have had in purchasing new vehicles. Warranty on these vehicles is unmatched by any other manufacturer. I would definitely and have referred people to this dealership! You leave there happy and not feeling like you are just a number/deal.

I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

Cars of Tampa did a awesome job getting me into my 2014 X5-50I.. I'm from Michigan and Cars of Tampa were excellent in the process.. most Dealerships and the second you mention your out of State turn away' Not Cars of Tampa they even answered the phone a hour before opening Excellent job to the Staff at Cars of Tampa...

Has lived up to all of our expectations. Lack of a nearby Genesis Dealer?Service Center has been the only drawback as the closest one is 30+ miles away. As a result the free Valet service offered by Genesis requires many weeks of advanced notice.

Have always great service, however this last service I wasn’t happy. Had oil change and tire rotation. With that said now my low tire pressure light is on and both on the right side. Either they didn’t check the tire pressure or they did something to the sensor.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

I want to thank my service advisor Matt Balliet for helping me when I took my car in on 1/23/2025. My blind spot alert was not working and I feared an expensive replacement of the sensor. Matt went to my car and showed me that I must have accidentally hit a button that turned off the sensor. I didn't even know that button existed. Matt assured me that I wasn't an idiot even though I felt like one. Matt has been my service advisor for a long time and he always comes through with courtesy and professionalism.

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

My mustang was having a running problem. I called in and Got Seth who was very helpful with all my questions, the process of how and what would be completed along with time frame. Seth even offered to help with extended warranty company as well. So start to finish Seth was ontop of everything

A welcoming environment and friendly, respectful and professional treatment is what I experienced on my first visit to Westshore Honda, located at 2522 N Dale Mabry Hwy, where I was impressed by the salesman Jeremy Rodriguez whose treatment went beyond the simple negotiation for the sale of a car, being kind, patient and attentive to my requirements and questions but also helped me solve a problem with the battery in the service department, where by the way I was also treated with courtesy and respect, achieving that the negotiation was to my complete satisfaction. I am a current Lexus owner (owned many) and former Infiniti M45 owner, the Genesis replaced the Infiniti. When manufacturers want to break into a market (USA) they must do something to compete and stand out. It must be price and value. In 1990 the first LS400 I purchased was 35K and it was true then and the Genesis division of Hyundai is doing the same thing now. What you get for what you pay is outstanding. The other boys on the block, BMS, Mercedes and Audi have the name recognition already and you PAY for it ! The exterior is a work of art and it pleases me when I look at it and I have received many complements. This car is a compact luxury sport sedan not something you haul a 80 inch TV home in. My friend has a BMW 650i, he uses his SUV when he goes to COSTCO. Also since when is a sport sedan a mileage champ ?? Want good mileage buy a Prius. The car has tremendous fit and finish, a great paint job and the interior is super especially if you go for the Sport Prestige model with the Nappa leather. The stitching is fabulous. If one can't live with the lane following assist and the Lane Keeping Assist you can turn them off, I for one thing they are great ! As far as the back seat being cramped unless you have the front seat all the way back, there doesn't seem to be an issue. I have had a 6 foot 1 passenger and he had no complaints. But again it is a sport sedan not a limo. I have to plug my phone into my Lexus with a wire too, to prevent it getting tangled get a 6 inch wire - problem solved. You can get the back doors to unlock with the front door; it is a setting you can choose. Advantage with Genesis is that all of the adjustments and there are many are to be made by the owner not having to pay the dealer to make them from the number of flashes on a soft touch of the turn signal to the contrast/brightness on the cameras. Yes, the HBA (high beam assist) must be turned on even if the headlights are in the "auto" position. But what about the BVM on the dash ? O.K. I did purchase a G70 with the sport prestige package but you have to admit that is some tech leading stuff. BTW, that is a camera image of the blind spot when you turn on the lane change lever on the dash. The car offers many of the safety features in the base car. To get what this car offers in the Prestige package you have to spend at least 10K more in a BMW if you can get all of the features the Genesis offers. Heck, the car even comes with a space save tire. Try finding one of those on your BMS/Mercedes/Audi. This car is a great car. In the short period I have owned I am extremely happy with it and love the pickup, technology, styling and comfort features. I didn't buy it for long hauling commuting to save on gas ! II say give this car a long look and I am sure you purchase one you will love it as I do. BTW, the rear seats fold down so that you may actually be able to get a large flat TV back there !
