I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

Amazing team, amazing car. I'm not sure what the other review is referring to, but they were all professionals, including the previous GM that was kind enough to take the time to continue to assist me AFTER he left. I do know that most wordy reviews come from frustrated people that are usually unreasonable. I wouldn't buy or Service a Cadillac anywhere else.

Service writer was very engaging and informative. You can tell he enjoys helping customers with his positive and upbeat persona. Work was a completed as instructed and on time.

Twin-turbo V6 Sport Prestige is a beast. Gladly traded my BMW in for it. Genesis is better looking, better built, better value and can leave my 330i Sport in the dust. 100k warranty leaves nothing to chance.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.

Looking for a Tesla and they had a model 3, only 3 months old. Freddy was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He made sure we were taken care of during the financial process, too. At the end he was there to give us our new card and left his phone number in case we needed anything later. Great job.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

The building is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as we walked in we knew it was going to be a good day. Every detail, from the Bang and Olufsen sound system to the minimalist decor, spoke of elegance and class. We walked over to Robert (Bobby) to ask a question about our visit and he was the perfect person for this. Instantly, he asked a few questions to us and we were on our way. He engaged with our daughter so that she was comfortable as we got down to business. Everything was straightforward and transparent which we appreciated. Each time there was a potential challenge, it was turned into an opportunity and we left happy and satisfied! This is our second Genesis, so we knew what we were buying, we just had no idea WHERE that was going to be. We are in the market for another Genesis in about a year or so and there is no doubt that Bobby at Genesis of Ontario is the one we want to help us with that too! I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.

This car is dependable, stylish, and has a lot of upgraded features for the money. It also has a lot of interior room for front as well as rear seating. It also runs on regular unleaded fuel, which saves money. The standard brakes and suspension are okay, but could be better. The quality of the factory paint could be better as well. I would prefer if it came with a wood steering wheel instead of the standard leather, which tends to wear out quickly. Overall it is a great car.
