They have a transparent process for documenting/capturing areas of concern in car that need to be fixed. Technicians go an extra mile and provide images or videos of parts that need repair/service. Overall, I am satisfied by the quality of their work.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Great car for the money definitely needs the 3.5 motor. Would love it if it had air suspension otherwise love the car. Love the lane change notifications as it forces me to be a better driver because you must use a signal to change lanes orbit stops you

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. My Gv80, is comfortable , fast and a luxury ride. I have the Silver with cream interior This what I wanted. No problems as of yet with 5k miles on it. Gas milage is not good, but with AWD and 5000 lbs, you cannot expect much.and I can live with it. Styling brings a lot of compliments. Dealer I purchased from service was not good. Sales experience poor.Now go to another dealer who has Lexus type service and is a Genesis dealer not a Hyundai dealer.

Great experience from beginning to end, I contacted them online and went in person to complete the deal and everything went smoothly. Our salesman Nero was great and so was their finance team. I buy cars often and we were very happy with our results, no last minute fees and their process was straightforward and easy. Won?t hesitate to use them again on my next purchase. They also had a great selection of cars, not just Mercedes.

Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

Shawn Thomas made the experience an awesome one! He did everything he could to make sure our experience as customers was proficient and he made the most of the little time that we’d had to spare. A small issue arose but Shawn was quick with thinking and action in finding a solution that was both affordable and pleasing to both parties!
