after shopping around at a few chevy dealers i was at Jerry Haggerty and met Steve B. Steve was very helpful and knows a lot about the different cars chevy has as well as the differences between the many trim levels. We were really hoping to get another Impala after losing ours in a Total Loss accident a few months ago. We ended up selecting an Equinox although we were 99% sure on the Trax until we found it a little easier to get in and out of the Equinox. Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. Bert was upfront about everything and never once did he try to convince us to use their financing. Bert was professional, kind, personal and patient.
