traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. I am a repeat customer of the service department having my truck serviced a few times through the years. I spoke to Rich in the service dept on the phone about an airbag light, he had an idea right a way of what the issue was, so we brought it in at 5:00 pm and they had it repaired and back to me the next day by 4:00. Great service and staff.

I travelled out of state for my purchase and Brad did a great job at answering my multitude of questions! They had a driver pick us up at the airport(1 hour away), washed and filled up the car. Thank you so much for a great experience. Chad, the salesman, that I worked with was great. I was a bit nervous before coming in this morning due to my daughter's experience with a salesman at the Kunes next door to this one. But it quickly became a great visit. He was patient and did everything he could so I could drive the car off the lot today. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. He also promised to get me a manual for the Hyundai Tuscon I bought that is missing. I hope he keeps that promise. The salesman, Roel, who was the one next door that my daughter had was not so good. He was demanding and was not very truthful. I believe that he would sell anything or say anything just to make a sale. He demanded that I get in there to cosign for my daughter for a car that was way over her means. Cosigning for someone is a very huge thing and should never be demanded even by a salesman.

We purchased a used car from Robert and he was extremely respectful and went out of his way to be helpful. We needed to get a car trailer to get the car back to Louisville Kentucky. He was able to find one and reserve it for us. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with everyone. We will always remember the great service and friendly staff. We will remember them if we make any future car purchases.

I have worked with Dan Salisbury for years in regard to leasing various cars. Dan works very hard to find what I am looking for within the payment range I need. Dan never makes me feel bad for additional requests or continued questions. If there are any problems they are quickly resolved. During this last lease I had pleasure of also working with Alfonso Gomez. He was very quick at resolving small issue that I had immediately. Jason Garon in the service department is always amazing about getting my car for any oil changes or needed work. I am happy to recommend this team to others.
