Overall, it was a very smooth process when I recently purchased my new Buick. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because there were two documents from the finance department that were forgotten/overlooked that caused a little difficulty for me.

Found a desk area with electrical outlet the chairs were kind of old and banged up, and it was kind of in the vending area. Wi-Fi was good for working, but the coffee area was all out of packets for coffee. Good service and they got me out quickly through the process for an oil change the first one on my vehicle and the first service at that location. It was good the The cut customer service was good

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car. They took the time to listen to my problem and correct it. they were very patient listing to my issue and truly worked hard to make sure it was corrected the first time. they did a great job and i sincerely appreciated their effort.

The service was top-notch. I had a broken mirror and worked with Greg Mudd, who found me a great deal on a mirror, painted it, and installed it, saving me about $350. He was incredibly kind and responsive. It was a great repair experience when I had been anticipating a stressful one.
