I bought my 1st new vehicle from Sheehan Buick GMC and my experience was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to assist me with the vehicle buying process. I'd like to thank my salesman Mark Estridge for being patient and taking the time to explain everything about my new vehicle. Michael Bonn and Clint Thomas were also very helpful and kind during the process . Fred Kaufman in finance did an awesome job of explaining everything to me in a clear and detailed manner which I appreciate a lot. I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Bosco is the BEST! I arrived with a tire sensor indicating I had a low PSI but I was unable to locate the leak. There was a flat head screw in one tire and a hex screw in the other. I was willing to leave my truck there because I showed up before work and without an appointment. My tires were patched and I was called in less than two hours and I was all set.

I was having an issue with my vehicle and reached out to a few dealerships for help. One never returned my calls, and another quoted me an outrageous price without even looking up my vehicle. Then I got Ethan from Sheehan on the phone, and everything changed. I was frustrated and flustered, but Ethan immediately took the time to calm me down. He looked up my vehicle and let me know the repair would be fully covered by my warranty. He even asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away. When I arrived, Ethan went above and beyond. He made sure the team drove me to the rental car location?even though it was right across the street?because it was a busy road. He also ensured that my rental was covered under my warranty. He kept me informed throughout the process and assured me the repair would be handled quickly. True to his word, my vehicle was ready the very next day! It?s rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares and follows through on their promises. I?m so glad I didn?t give up and called Sheehan. From now on, I won?t waste my time with any other dealership. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding service!

Kevon and Jason were great to work with. It was hard to understand the finance manager. Low talker and/or accent. I do not hear well so it could go both ways!

Working with salesperson Brahms, made the entire procedure pleasurable. He made time to explain all of the features on the new Encore, with much patience. I decided to install side safety signals, and Brahms arranged for a loaner. Upon return, my personal belongs from the trunk of the car, were missing. Mr Brahms inquired daily about my belongings, and he went to the repair shop, where they were found, and he returned them all in tact. Commendable.

My experience with Lorenzo Buick GMC was excellent, outstanding. Emilio and Julio, the Manager, are nice and well mannered persons. I am more than grateful to them.

Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!
