This is the 2nd I came to Walser and worked with Gabe on buying a new car. Gabe is amazing! He has helped me every step of the way and answers all my questions I have. He isn?t one of those pushy sales people, so I never felt pressured to buy anything. Everyone there is super nice, Tessa Reiner?s that helps me when I go in to get my oil changes is so sweet as well!! I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

I would say that my experiences were 5 star kind of days for sure!! I purchase an old, used SUV at a low price for MY needs. It was perfect and runs GREAT For years! When it needs a little routine maintenance it run it over and see Jens C at the SUPERstore! Always smiling! We had an impossible a/c/heating and break issues and Jens and his mechanic never gave up until they figured out how to help us. When the other dealer I went to first, gave up. I will never bring my truck anywhere else again, waste of time and money. This store and my advisor, Jens, are amazing! He makes me not worry, that when I have car trouble, I have someone to trust.

I recently leased a new 22 GMC Sierra through Kirk and could not have had a better experience. He is a class act! I had a couple of issues on my end (my own fault) that Kirk was able to guide me through in order to complete the whole process in under an hour. Could not be happier with my new truck :)

My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.
