The reason is that service advisor Larry Rooker is a 5-star general after all the years he has been in place. Directly across the street, at the Southtowne Collision, is another superb trendsetter of the masterplan and execution of sheer quality customer service, is body shop manager Ricky Spradlin. Unfortunately, down through the years, my household has encountered our share of accidents. We have found relief in the reassurance that our automobiles are in good hands and treated with the highest level of respect, right in the hands of Ricky. He has exuberated profound professionalism, goal-oriented focus, and an aimed-to-please zeal to get the job done. His most recent assignment with our son's automobile was restored to perfection.
