From the first time I set foot on the Buick car lot, Beau set off a great car search experience for me and my family. Not only was he awesome but everyone I met there was warm, friendly and caring. The O'Fallon Buick GMC not only brought back my faith in a car salesperson but also purchasing at a car dealership. From the salesman to the financial department each person took time to make sure you understood exactly what was happening. Hopefully, I want have to purchase another car for a while, but if so, I know where to go.

Service Advisor, Kevin Gromer, was very helpful and professional. The tech, Ryan Hellrung, worked through lunch to complete the repair that day. Hats off to both of these Lou Fusz employees.

Brought my daughter to look at a new car. Put her in touch with Brook Winter. She walked away with a new GMC Arcadia. She is so very happy with her new SUV. She also was so pleased at the service she received from the time we entered the door until we left 3 hours later. We now have 2 Cadillacs and now she has her SUV. Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it

The salesman I dealt with, Rob Fulmer is one of the best. Strait forward, tells you how it is without any hidden surprises. He was honest, patient and very professional. He easily addressed all my concerns and questions and I would highly recommend asking for him to be your salesman. He was very quick in responding as I was inquiring about a car out of state and he made everything very easy and simple to understand. Out of the other dealerships I inquired about, it was like night and day. I ended up replacing my engine in my old vehicle, so I didn’t actually buy from here but everything was set up to go I just had to sign. He was honest about out the door pricing and the dealership he works for doesn’t try sneaking ridiculous hidden fees like some of these other places. This review is the least I could do since I pretty much wasted his time. Thanks Rob and sorry again!

The customer service at Dave Sinclair Buick was fantastic! They had a lot of work to do on my vehicle. The work was flawless. The level of communication during the whole process was superb. Got transportation to home while repairs were being made with a nice guy. The repair was not as scary as I thought it would be.

After putting off looking for vehicles, as in the past it was usually not a pleasant experience, we stopped at Behlmann GMC. We were fortunate to have been greeted by Doug Johnson. Doug is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. In fact, we ended up buying two vehicles. We recommend anyone thinking about buying to go see Doug.
