9/27/2022 - Rick P. at Kenosha Toyota is a great person. He is an honest and straight forward specialist, providing me with all the information available. There is no pressure in buying anything there. They are always very social able and you always feel good leaving the dealership whether you buy a car there or not. Their customer service is great and it is what all car dealerships should be like. My old Rav4 just had a blow head gasket. I urgently needed a new car. I went to multiple dealership nearby and was expected to pay over $10,000 in fees that was not unnecessary. Mark up fees of $4,500, ceramic coating (that it is already applied at the manufacturing plant and I have to pay for it) service fee of $1,800. I was very upset leaving those dealerships knowing well that they were screwing me over for bogus fees even though I didn't buy a car there. At Kenosha Toyota, I couldn't be any happier. I purchased a car that I felt good paying for it. I felt good that I was not screwed by them and felt the pressure to buy. If you are looking for a new car, see what Kenosha Toyota has in inventory and visit them first before you go to the other dealers. I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

Have trusted this dealership for over 25 years. I wouldn’t think of bringing my 2 Buicks anywhere else. They only do necessary repairs which I appreciate and will give you a timeline as to what to expect down the road when it comes to doing work. They value you as a customer and do everything they can to help you in all aspects serving you.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

We purchased this early last summer just to tow a boat. Car had 225K on it. New Tires and lot of new parts (starter, alternator, battery and other parts). Yes, has a ton of miles on it but no rust at all, runs great and strong. Looks like it was very well maintained. Excellent in the snow too. Got it for a song (less then $3300.00). Had to fix a couple things, Bose amp repaired, replaced water pump. Fixed the sunroof drain issues by re-routing the drain tubes. Leak issue is now Fixed. Both power seat switches were flaky when we bought it. Took them apart, cleaned up the contacts and no problems. Very tiny slight leak in power steering. Fixed that with some stop leak made by a famous company that starts with "L". We've driven this to the UP Michigan (1200 miles round trip) last summer pulling our boat - no issues. Drove to eastern Tenn (1900 miles round trip) about a month ago. Zero issues. Have made several trips over the summer each over 600 miles or more, no issues. Very nice vehicle and nice and comfy. Definitely not great on gas. But then again, you don't buy one of these because they get great gas mileage now, do you? We now have around 230K on it and so far so good. At this point, for what I paid for it, it doesn't owe me a dime. Nice vehicle. We will keep it and just fix things as needed. Way cheaper than buying another vehicle right now. I used to work on cars way back when all you needed was a pliers and a couple of screwdrivers so I can do most repairs to save some $$$. I would purchase another one if I had to replace this one.

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I am 84 years of age therefore I have owned several automobiles and cannot compare any other that I have owned to this Acadia. It has been the best overall transportation I have ever owned!

Each person I interacted with from the service advisors to the shuttle driver, was friendly, and helpful. It certainly made a stressful experience more enjoyable. I felt like a valued customer the entire time.

This is the perfect sized car for me with 3rd row seating. When not in use the 2nd and 3rd rows lay down for extra storage. I like the exterior size too. It’s easy to maneuver in and out of parking.
