I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

I bought the Denali back in October and I love everything about it, all the features and creature comforts and i especially love the styling, both in and out, all the shiny chrome and satin metal! I bought this because I love how big it is and I needed something to haul things around and it works perfectly. I did a lot of research on this vehicle before I purchased, I especially did an in-depth look at the reliability because it's a GM product and I must say that this vehicle is known to have AC troubles and that was the case with mine and since it's winter i haven't gotten that done yet but I will in the spring, but I went into this knowing it was a possibility so I'm not too bummed out about it and I took that risk, other than that the reliability has been solid no issues and mine has 60k miles! I also compared the Buick Enclave and Chevy Traverse because I know they're very similar but I liked this the most.

Went looking for a reliable used car and this one exceeded my needs. Looks great, drives great, and has more bells and whistles than I expected

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I love the way this shop makes me feel like I am home. I purchased a 2003 Toyota Camry that only had 40,000 miles on it that they told me just came in since they knew I needed a car. Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Just got a Bmw 528i 2016 from this dealership, the car was purchased exactly from a month ago, its been running good and no significant problems. I would like to thanks Alex for helping me out, when i went to buy i month ago the car had a check engine light, i asked Alex about it and he agreed to get it fixed for me which took 1 week, honestly i was a little disappointed at first but i trusted it them and they got it ready for me, and they were also good with the prices and no scams as i understood it was just a dealership fee. So, overall i would suggest this dealership as they didn't disappointment me much and thanks to Alex for helping me out.

I am 84 years of age therefore I have owned several automobiles and cannot compare any other that I have owned to this Acadia. It has been the best overall transportation I have ever owned!

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

I have driven GMC SUVs for many years..my current 2018 GMC XLT has been my favorite....comfort and drivability unsurpassed..today my husband and I were in a serious accident, rear ended at fairly high speed...the back end was pushed in all the way to rear seat...we were not hurt and are so grateful to GMC. The sheriff staff there and the wrecker driver both stated we were very fortunate to have been driving the Acadia..it absorbed the wreck so well. I had just said this past week how much I loved driving this car and how pretty I still thought it was. Hopefully I will be able to get in a new Acadia. Thank you GMC for providing a truly safe vehicle.

This vehicle has EVERYTHING and MORE.....this Arcadia is definitely a luxury vehicle. We purchased a used one with very low miles to obtain all of the upgrades. I purchased a 2018 with 40k miles, like NEW! I have two children but love the 3rd row for friends and family. Drives smooth and seats fit like a glove.

Bought my 09 a year ago with only 56,000 miles. Haven’t had a single problem yet, besides the sensors in the tires going out. Driven it almost 20,000 miles since then. Regular upkeep is pretty easy and it’s not hard to work on.

I've owned my 2015 Acadia Denali since 74900 miles were on it and it drives great! I hear things on its quality but in my experience it's been a joy to own.

We purchased this early last summer just to tow a boat. Car had 225K on it. New Tires and lot of new parts (starter, alternator, battery and other parts). Yes, has a ton of miles on it but no rust at all, runs great and strong. Looks like it was very well maintained. Excellent in the snow too. Got it for a song (less then $3300.00). Had to fix a couple things, Bose amp repaired, replaced water pump. Fixed the sunroof drain issues by re-routing the drain tubes. Leak issue is now Fixed. Both power seat switches were flaky when we bought it. Took them apart, cleaned up the contacts and no problems. Very tiny slight leak in power steering. Fixed that with some stop leak made by a famous company that starts with "L". We've driven this to the UP Michigan (1200 miles round trip) last summer pulling our boat - no issues. Drove to eastern Tenn (1900 miles round trip) about a month ago. Zero issues. Have made several trips over the summer each over 600 miles or more, no issues. Very nice vehicle and nice and comfy. Definitely not great on gas. But then again, you don't buy one of these because they get great gas mileage now, do you? We now have around 230K on it and so far so good. At this point, for what I paid for it, it doesn't owe me a dime. Nice vehicle. We will keep it and just fix things as needed. Way cheaper than buying another vehicle right now. I used to work on cars way back when all you needed was a pliers and a couple of screwdrivers so I can do most repairs to save some $$$. I would purchase another one if I had to replace this one.

I think the Danali is very elegant for being such a reasonable price. I test drove a used 2015 and with 119,000 miles it didn't skip a beat love the heads up display feature, helps for those of us who cant tell how fast we are going;) dislike center counsel seems kind of small and useless, just a armrest. Also i'm not sure If the newer models have changed much but bucket seats need better drink holders putting your drink in the door(small and shallow hole at that ), is a disaster waiting to happen especially with kids in and out slamming a door with a fountain drink or something other than a caped liquid is going to cause a major mess inside. if it gets shook out when the door slams shut. should be on the floor in back of center consol. Also maybe mirrors a touch larger but again being used to a truck, if it didn't have the safety features of blind spot alerts it would be a added effort of making sure its clear with a small mirror. Love the comfort the leg room i had a friend along that's 6'3 and he was very impressed how he could completely stretch is legs straight out and still left plenty of room for someone behind him. love the moon roof addition sure its nice at night. OVER ALL GREAT SUV!

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. I am a 78 yr old female and have owned this vehicle since 2014. Great vehicle performance and reliability a comfort drive. The only problem I have is with the 2 front doors scraping the paint off the door sill. This vehicle was driven by owner of the dealership for a few months before I purchased it. On the whole I am still proud to drive this vehicle.
