Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Came in and bought a Chevy Trax. In the sales team I had the joy of working with Ryan Parker. He knew we were on a bit of a time crunch and moved us thru the process pretty fast. He also checked on us the next day. We had a bit of a snag with the vehicle a week later and he was available to help. Made sure we were taken care of and followed back up with me again. traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Was looking for a hard to find mid size pickup with manual transmission and found one here at a good price. Kevin was very good to deal with and made the buying process very pleasant. No pressure. Was surprised a 30 day warranty was included since most dealers of this type mostly sell “as is”. Drove truck 150 miles home and for several weeks with no issues. Dealer fee is very reasonable and Kevin actually knocked the price down to where the fee was basically waived. I was impressed with their inventory - they appeared to have only quality used vehicles.

Recently I took my 2011 terrain back for repairs for the 2nd time. After facing a bill of $492.00 Mr. Bacon understood my problem and told me "don't worry , the parts are on the way and your window will be fixed. He later told me that they want me to pay $100.00. I told him my 1st visit was within my warranty and I shouldn't even have a bill. Later he came back and told me "you're good". I thanked him for his services. I will call Mr. Bacon for future services.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

I have never been disappointed for over seventeen years for coming to this particular dealership. The name may have change and some individuals have left. But the quality of customer services still expectational in my personal opinion.

I only have 700 miles on it so far but it’s been fantastic. I had a 2020 before this one and was fantastic also. GM is the way to go.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and I have bought a lot of cars over the years. I have to admit I dreaded buying a new car and shopping around but this dealership - salesman (Shan) and finance department (Lenny) were very friendly and knowledgeable; as well as not pushy which made this transaction that much easier. This is my second Acadia (the first one was a 2017) I bought this 2022 brand new and choose the Denali trim. So, after 19 months, I am very satisfied. I would say that I fairly got what I had pay for.
