While shopping online for a used 4runner, woodhouse had a limited list on their website. The title was for a limited but the actual vehicle was an SR5. The salesperson was friendly and helpful but it was frustrating that the label was incorrect

Excellent. Jose is the best! I was met with a smile. The car was taken care of promptly. The bookkeeper was nice. I visited with a salesman about possibly trading in my car. He explained some things about another brand I didn't know but was considering.

Salesman Gus was very accommodating in providing me the information I needed. He also sent me a number of photos of the car that I was interested in. Went to just look at a 2022 Honda CRV. Justin B went out of his way 100% to answer my questions, some more than once. He made sure I knew everything about the CRV. He hooked up my phone, and made sure I knew what all the different features and safety measures on the CRV were, and how to use them.This was actually a very pleasant, no pressure experiance! The finance guy (Jerry) was also very nice and helpful. I will return there and tell all my friends.
