He looked up my vehicle and let me know the repair would be fully covered by my warranty. He even asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away. When I arrived, Ethan went above and beyond. He made sure the team drove me to the rental car location?even though it was right across the street?because it was a busy road. He also ensured that my rental was covered under my warranty. He kept me informed throughout the process and assured me the repair would be handled quickly. True to his word, my vehicle was ready the very next day! It?s rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares and follows through on their promises. I?m so glad I didn?t give up and called Sheehan. I just bought my GMC Canyon from Ed Morse GMC, and working with Juan Tabares was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. Juan was friendly, honest, and completely transparent — no pressure, no games, just straightforward answers and a smooth process. The whole team was welcoming and knowledgeable, and unlike many dealerships, there was none of that “pushy salesman” vibe. They focused on clarity, making sure I understood exactly what I was getting and that they understood what I wanted. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Juan by name. He’s professional, efficient, and will make sure you leave happy.

Seemed to be good folks but they did low ball trade in value on my C7 2019 Corvette with 3LT. Others had offered $3-$4,000 more but they dd not have trade I wanted. So I passed.
