Overall, it was a very smooth process when I recently purchased my new Buick. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because there were two documents from the finance department that were forgotten/overlooked that caused a little difficulty for me.

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. His explanations of everything were excellent, and we appreciate his offer to talk with us again about any new questions that we come up with. We also appreciate that he had a new battery installed before we took possession of the car, since the previous extreme cold temperatures had run down the battery while the car was on the lot.
