We bought a new GMC Sierra 2500, and our experience was fantastic, the sales Manager Julio was involved in the whole process and he explain everything that our sales person couldn’t. I recommend this place.

After researching various car sales service I found the service, guidance and communication with sales person, Robert to be excellent. He was an asset in searching the AutoNation inventory to find us the best match and value.

Overall, it was a very smooth process when I recently purchased my new Buick. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because there were two documents from the finance department that were forgotten/overlooked that caused a little difficulty for me.

We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. We just never felt like he was pushing a truck on us. He listened to what we had to say and responded from there. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Transwest Buick GMC Isuzu.

Rafeal was my contact there and he was great. He went above and beyond to communicate share photos and video and was very transparent. Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car. They took the time to listen to my problem and correct it. they were very patient listing to my issue and truly worked hard to make sure it was corrected the first time. they did a great job and i sincerely appreciated their effort.
