It was by far the best experience of purchasing an automobile I’ve ever had. Very courteous and helpful. I actually went to GMC dealers in Va. and NC and they couldn’t help me get the SUV I wanted. Went to Cars.com and submitted 3 notice of interest to 3 different dealers and Zeigler responded within 5 minutes. No haggling and gave me a more than fair quote. I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

It is super easy to schedule an appointment. I was seen as soon as I drove up. I had purchased a Service Package so I didn't owe anything at this visit. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks and drinks for you. When they were finished I was provided with a video of the undercarriage of my car with a narration of what was done and how everything looked. Couldn't be happier with my visit. And they were done in an hour and half. Great visit.
