Service was good and staff was friendly. I had to leave the waiting area and wait outside due to music being very loud and causing anxiety.

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way. Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car. They took the time to listen to my problem and correct it. they were very patient listing to my issue and truly worked hard to make sure it was corrected the first time. they did a great job and i sincerely appreciated their effort.

The service was top-notch. I had a broken mirror and worked with Greg Mudd, who found me a great deal on a mirror, painted it, and installed it, saving me about $350. He was incredibly kind and responsive. It was a great repair experience when I had been anticipating a stressful one.

Good people work here and it's obvious that customer service is held at the highest standard. Never felt pressured and they were open, honest and knowledgeable about all my nitpicky questions :)
