I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. I hate singing the service for an intermittent issue likely caused by a computer chip, on board computer or software but it a serious issue when the Adaptive Cruise control just locks the brakes up at cruising speeds over 55 MPH. I am hopeful they will eventually figure out the issue. This time I requested they just deactivate Adaptive Cruise as I?m worried about serious injury. The last time the brakes locked up out of the blue, I almost lost control of the vehicle and it slide sideways almost flipping at 70 MPH.
