I spent a couple of weeks searching online for just the right Cadillac at just the right price and my patients paid off when I found Arnie Bauer Cadillac, and Rowland Laird. Rowland made the entire process, smooth and simple. He had the car detailed and inspected and ready for me when I arrive for the test drive, and was very helpful and professional the entire time. The finance department was very helpful and made it simple to work with my credit union to complete the purchase. I will be going back to this dealership again when I’m ready for my next vehicle in the future.

Check in, our shuttle driver Vicky was so kind and even stayed late to take us home which we appreciated. The car was fixed in a short amount of time and shuttle driver back Ed also very nice. Went to North Riverside Castle for the 2nd time to purchase after leaving a different dealership about an hour to the west, the whole staff at Castle is great. They make it happen, I had no idea what they had on their lot. But after finding a beautiful used truck we closed the deal and I couldn't be happier. Great dealer to purchase from!!

Dave and the rest of the staff were amazing. When I first came in, my intention was solely to look at a bunch of different dealers and see what I liked. Even with just looking, Dave gave me the same attention as if I were buying that day without being too pushy to buy.
