I can't express how grateful and over the moon I was to find the exact car with everything I wanted and more. Shane stayed late to ensure I was taken care of. He was overall FANTASTIC!!! The general manager Nick was awesome and their finance team...Kash was so pleasant. Everyone was such a joy to work with and went up over and beyond to assure that I was taken care of. I was in the market for a Mercedes, and I must say, they have a great selection and the price was way under what I had planned to spend. I have always bought from Mercedes dealership...not anymore. Buying my BMW SUV at Atlanta Autos was a great experience. Terry Payne was a total gentleman and and the ultimate salesman. He answered every question and if he didn't have the answer he found out what I needed to know from someone else. The two issues that I had, he took care of them quickly and got them resolved. In the end, Roger handled my paperwork quickly and Terry came out and did the final walk through, a new car photo shoot, and I was out the door!!! Well I wanted to get a new car since last year but didn?t make up my mind until last week. I walked into the dealership on Tuesday (5/13) afternoon just for curiosity to ask about the new Terrain, Luis and Tavien listen to what I was looking for and the payments I was looking for. They both explained the benefits of buying a new car and so much more. I went back home that night so I could talk to my husband about the car I wanted, so the following day, Wednesday Mr. Alex Fragoso was the salesman who attended us and was very patience with ALL the questions and concerns we had. He had an answer for every single question. He explained to us in detail about the car, and we test drive it. Also Ryan was there to add more information and made sure we were satisfied with the purchase. Overall my husband and I drove off very satisfied with our new Terrain.
