William in the service dept is and always has been the model ALL of your service representatives should follow, especially the younger guys! Tom & Jerry in real life way better than the cartoon. Got me exactly what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time.

We were happy with the service and time it took to complete our purchase. A sales rep (Jerry) worked with us over the phone and had many documents ready to go and prior to our arrival.

Dealer add ons are extremely high, we were able to work on some of those numbers. Still high after bargaining, but I agreed since I wanted this truck. When Mariah came back with financing option, I come to find out that we can't finance outside, it has to be their financing or pay cash! Can you believe this? After everything done with salesperson, had to wait for finance. Sat for over an hour &1/2. Employess kept walking in & out of finance office, some eating, while customer just waiting.

Victoria Gia and her sales manager did an excellent job of helping us without being too pushy. They stayed late after the dealership was closed to help us.
