Recently I started a hunt for vehicle something I dread doing but I had a pleasurable experience this time. I came to Schumacher Okkachobee and was assisted by Johny Chacon who found not one but three cars to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about vehicle's information. The manager was very nice and did not hard sell me which made me run out of other dealership down the road. I was very pleased with my sales consultant Johny Chacon who found awesome vehicles that would meet all my needs. My first stop was at sister store close by my home very first vehicle to look at, I was love bitten. So that became my choice but I really felt the need to give Johny Chacon an excellent review for all the help and assistance he gave to me while I was investigating my options. 5 star assistance.

Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

Amazing experience! Everything was transparent no surprises, was worried about the long drive and having the dealership change things up on me but no everything was perfect. My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.
