Had an initial bad experience with this service center but once the service manager (George) contacted me and ask for a chance to earn my business back I agreed to give it another shot. George was very attentive e to what I needed and gave me updates as the work was completed. Straightforward experience diagnosing a check engine light as a catalytic converter failure. Promptly replaced under warranty. Took only two days including shipping the new part for a discontinued car!

Ellis was my sales rep and he was phenomenal. He made sure my car was perfect. He made sure I was comfortable. I wasn't forced, I wasn't pushed and the experience was all around. Excellent! The only thing I have a problem with is detailing detailing needs a upgrade. It was very poor A negative one. My car still has fingerprints dirt marks in the car. You can see the window holders to place it on the car. Everything you could possibly see on a car was on my car. Bird doo doo paint marker everything and I was very unsatisfied with that
