I purchased my new Buick Lacrosse in 2010 at Robert Brogden and have always received excellent service every visit in the 15 years since.

I haven't had time to get together with the dealership I am hoping to go in this weekend.

We walked in looking for a new or lightly used Cadillac. Coach Novak approached us and was absolutely fantastic. He was right he isnt a typical salesperson. He wasnt the typical slick talking, fastmoving stereotypical sales guy. He was respectful of my wife and my time and our needs. We got an great deal on a beautiful Cadillac. About 2 months ago I went to the dealership for an oil change. Have an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. around 12 want to go see the service adviser asking where my car was at, he went to go To find out where my vehicle was at. It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.

I never write reviews…. BUT!!! A HUGE thanks to salesman JEFF! We appreciated his professionalism and passion to help us find our new car. Even after buying ours, he was so kind and quick to answer any of our questions. We are definitely recommending Jeff to our friends and families!
