I am writting a review fir Services on my vehicle on 11/19/2024 and 11/14/2024.There was an error in the evaluation and I am giving them a 5 star for a job well done.

I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at this location in matteson. As a first time car buyer it was overwhelming but Jeremy barron our sales person made it it a great experience and shout out to the manager in matteson for getting us an amazing deal and the fiance guy to you all we're amazing!

An unforgettable experience to say the least. This is my 3rd new vehicle and by far the easiest and most hassle free. My salesman Marcin and manager Kenny went above and beyond for me to locate the perfect vehicle to fit my wants and needs along with staying in my budget. Jimmy also got me in and out with paperwork. We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and treated us with the utmost respect. Chris never tried to overcharge us. Bert Dutcher was awesome as well!! Bert was upfront about everything and never once did he try to convince us to use their financing. Bert was professional, kind, personal and patient.
