Had trouble getting my car after service. I was waiting on my car but they parked it in the lot. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to find it. Had my air filter replaced but they didn?t reset it.

I was concerned and very disappointed that there were no loaner cars available when I delivered my vehicle for warranty service. This was alarming, especially when it was determined that the items needed for the repairs were on extended backorder. Beck & Masten did make good on the situation by paying the cost of a rental car. The actual service and customer service was excellent but the timing of the service was a little too long. I came in for an oil change and it took me an hour and thirty minutes. I had an appointment was checked in 15 minutes before appointment time. But overall I would definitely recommend this location because they have great customer service and servicing.
