I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

I just purchased up a late model Pacifica. The transaction was professionally handled. There were no surprises. A hat tip to our salesman Julian and Ken in service, both customer focused. I highly recommend the entire team! Petar was very responsive right from the initial call. He put the vehicle on hold for me 2 days ahead knowing that I was driving 5 hours from Maine to drive and potentially buy. When I arrived, it was fully detailed and sitting right up front. There was a mechanical issue that my husband found. Lloyd entered the picture. Lloyd immediately drove it down to the service department, they diagnosed and fixed immediately. It took a couple of hours....but the guys gave us a recommendation for pizza and bought our lunch. Gene jumped in on the tech side and got me all set with the app and answered all of my questions. Ashley in finance was also really helpful and got our paperwork done quickly!! Overall 7 out of 5 rating! I bought a 2022 Escalade ESV in 10/2023. From start to finish there was no hassle I saw the vehicle and did not purchase for over 2 months shopping around for a better deal. I went to many Cadillac Dealers across Long Island and they did not take me seriously. When I told them what I wanted my payments to be they didn't even attempt to really search for a vehicle that could match my interests. This Dealership allowed me to test drive without prejudice and also were totally patient until I was finally able to clear title problems with my Credit Unions because of NY State Laws and then Finance with Cadillac. I was shown the vehicle features several times to at least get the vehicle off the lot. My payment was 1265.00.. but now I'm down to 1065.00 per month. I would recommend this Delearship to anyone in the world. They go above and beyond in Customer Service.
