This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I walked in out of the blue early Saturday morning. Christian came up to me and ended letting me drive a number of used and new cars. We didn't find one I liked so he searched the internet for me. Nothing was in there network that I cared for. Christian then got Dillon "the manager" involved. Dillon asked me about the car in the show room. I loved it. But No Way I could afford it. Dillon said give me a few minutes. 2 hrs later I drove off the show room floor with a 2025 Envision. Everybody envolved was terrific. Great job by all. I'll be back to Tasca in the future for sure.
