I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

My oil change was a very pleasant experience. The Service Rep, Will, is very polite and knowledgeable and makes you feel like a valuable customer to Expressway. He is a great asset to the company.

I had a great experience from the first phone call. They found exactly what I wanted and had it the next day. (Even though I had called late in the evening). Everything was ready when I arrived and within an hour,including test drive, we were on our way. Got what I think was a fair offer for my trade and was treated very well through the entire process. Kris Spindler was my Sales Rep. This young man and the Loan Guru, worked with me for over 3 hours in order to get me a loan I could afford for the car I wanted. All the folks there made me feel right at home. They are a great bunch of people. My car was brought to my home and I was told it would need to go back to fix a spot on the back. So whenever I could let it go on a Friday, they would fix it. They came and got the car, dropped of a replacement, and returned my car the next day. You can not beat that kind of service. Would recommend this Dealership to anyone.

Had an excellent experience during the buying process. My only complaint is that there was a small issue with the truck. A plastic piece around the steering column was loose, not a big deal but I wanted it fixed. Sales person was right on it, took it back to service and brought the truck back after about 30-45 minutes and said they are going to order the part and we'll call you when it arrives. I get a call the next day from the service manager, he explains that my information wasn't in the system yet and that there was a miscommunication between the sales person and the service department so they couldn't create a service ticket to get the part ordered. He asked if I could bring the truck in again so they could find out what part they needed to order and that I'll need to bring it back once the part arrives. I live 30 minutes away from the dealership so making an extra trip is a little bit of an inconvenience. The service manger was very nice and did apologize for the mistake and the inconvenience. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect just a bit of a let down. I would still recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. This is the only interaction I've had with the Service department so far, so I'm hoping everything goes well.
