New and used 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 trucks for sale near Park Forest, IL

This was my second time coming to Lombardi for buying a used vehicle. Nick Ruzon was more than helpful as always when it came to choosing the car that was right for me. I highly recommend any who is looking to buy to stop at Lombardi in Wilmington. I will next time I need a new car.

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

My service was completed in an expeditious manner. The entire service staff was very professional, courteous, and kept us informed as to the status of our vehicle.

I am writting a review fir Services on my vehicle on 11/19/2024 and 11/14/2024.There was an error in the evaluation and I am giving them a 5 star for a job well done.

Needed key fobs replaced. They were ordered and came in within the next couple days. Scheduled the service appointment and all was completed within two days. Have received great service upon all my visits.

I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at this location in matteson. As a first time car buyer it was overwhelming but Jeremy barron our sales person made it it a great experience and shout out to the manager in matteson for getting us an amazing deal and the fiance guy to you all we're amazing!

The service shop diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly within the week. Very satisfied with my service. I would recommend this professional shop. A good repair facility is rare.

Dave and the rest of the staff were amazing. When I first came in, my intention was solely to look at a bunch of different dealers and see what I liked. Even with just looking, Dave gave me the same attention as if I were buying that day without being too pushy to buy. He asked me what I liked and showed me a few options, took me for a test drive and informed me of the pricing. After looking around at other dealers, the car from Arnie Bauer was the best option and fit for me. However, it wasn?t just the car, was Dave?s amazing customer service. Other dealers once they heard I was only looking, weren?t interested in really helping with the same enthusiasm as if I were set to buy. I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. In my opinion they are a top notch GM dealership . Keep up the good work😀

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. Thank you Justin and everyone who worked on my car. ?

We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. We have found a car guy and dealership that will always have our business.

He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and treated us with the utmost respect. Chris never tried to overcharge us. Bert Dutcher was awesome as well!! Bert was upfront about everything and never once did he try to convince us to use their financing. Bert was professional, kind, personal and patient. I initially bought my car in July 2022. Our old family car broke down and needed a car. I had been window shopping for cars and looked but I didn?t see a car that stuck out to me until I saw the Buick Envision and fell in love with it and the color. The staff was super helpful throughout the buying process and I?m super happy with my purchase, I haven?t had my first oil change yet but I will def get that done soon at my dealer.
