Sales consultant Zach Nielsen stepped up to the plate with honesty and transparency. It was an easy process and in no way I questioned if I was making a good choice. After having lost some confidence with trying to purchase a vehicle with other places it was refreshing and a relief to know that a customer can be assured that is not the case everywhere. From asking questions regarding availability, pricing, financing, test driving, warranties, picking up for delivery, and all else every single detail was covered. For the deception I felt when talking to other places not one piece of negativity was ever felt in working with Woodhouse Buick of Omaha. I was able to purchase a quality vehicle without the hassle and at an agreed fair price. This was a first purchase for me at this dealership. It is definitely a place I will use again. I also appreciated having some options in their inventory with the specifics I was searching to purchase. Too many times a person wonders if there are other vehicles that may be better elsewhere. I did not. I found what I wanted that fits the needs for myself and my family. As every dollar counts in a purchase I signed papers feeling that it was a win-win situation for both sides. Even with having the vehicle for a few days I appreciate having people following up making sure about satisfaction. That about says it all.

Salesman Gus was very accommodating in providing me the information I needed. He also sent me a number of photos of the car that I was interested in.
