I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I want to say that our experience with buying a vehicle from El Dorado Chevrolet was the best I have ever had! Justin Daniel, our sales associate was absolutely the best help in finding our new vehicle . Justin was sooo patient with our parameters for purchasing a vehicle. He even brought out similar vehicles to compare to the original vehicle I had liked when I first visited the El Dorado Chevrolet . He never pushed us to buy any vehicle. He presented the facts and listened to our needs and our desires in a new vehicle. We did purchase a low mileage vehicle that I dearly love!! I needed help getting my vehicle serviced when my oil change light came on as I was driving to work. Justin met me after work and handled everything for me. How's that for excellent customer service! Forest, our sales representative was an amazing man. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and went out if his way to make sure we knew all about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He went with us so I could test drive the car and explained all the features and how to work them . Forest even took me around the dealership and introduced me to various employees, showed me where the service and parts departments were and, once again introduced me to the people in those departments. He also showed me where the customer lounge and vending area was along with the free coffee area. Forest introduced me to the finance person who would be serving me.
